There’s really nothing better than feeling the first signs of spring! Those weeks when the sun just feels magical and you wish you could just sit in it all day?! It’s really the best! If you’re anything like me, you love looking for any excuse to get outside in the spring and luckily exercise seems a little more enticing, right?! Going for longer walks with the dog, a lunchtime or after work walk, maybe even go out for a little run? Sounds kinda nice right!? That’s totally what I thought last spring! So I decided to try out a new diet and exercise program. Not 100% confident in myself that I could actually stick with it or produce the crazy good results I was seeing from other people. But I was feeling pretty blah, I was newly engaged and looking forward to going dress shopping and just needed something to get me motivated! Well almost a year later and I’m still in love with the Faster Way to Fat Loss!

I will be 100% honest here and say I haven’t been as strict lately and it’s been super hard for me to workout this winter. But I’ve recommitted to the program and am so excited to really focus in on it again and give it my best go! And I’d LOVE for some of ya’ll to join me!

So today I’m sharing some reasons why NOW is the perfect time to join the Faster Way to Fat Loss! We can always come up with excuses as to why it’s not the right time, but there really is no time better than now. And I have some pretty solid tips on why you’ll totally succeed this spring!

Why You Should Join Faster Way to Fat Loss this Spring:

The Weather: As if I didn’t say it enough before, spring is seriously the perfect time to kick off a new workout routine! The weather is perfect for outdoor workouts and if you’re like me you’re itching for an excuse to get outside in the spring! I tote around my workout mat, weights and a change of clothes in my trunk so that on my way home from work I can swing by a park and get that workout in! The nice weather totally motivates me to get moving! (Note: The program has an at home workout plan and a gym workout plan. You’re free to use either or switch them up! I’m not a member of a gym so I use the at home version!)

Summer is Close but Not Too Close: I’m 100% not kidding when I say last summer I was probably the most confident I’ve ever been wearing a swimsuit. Ever. High school and college included. I’ve always been insecure about my stomach but this program flattened my stomach and gave me some serious swimsuit confidence. The fact that I know I can get back to that also gives me major motivation! Summer is far enough away to where you can make some real changes, yet there’s not this crazy pressure. You can still have a cheat day or two and see real results!

Spring Eats are Much Better: I don’t know about ya’ll but the winter comfort/crap food is reallll for me. I literally want pizza and red wine pretty much every day and a salad sounds disgusting. But once it warms up I crave healthier options. I love a good salad, a giant water, lots of fruit and maybe still a glass of wine every now and again! (And yes, you can still drink wine!) It’s so much easier for me to eat healthy when the weather is nice out.
