Spring Trends To Buy Now

This morning I’m back on my local news station sharing 5 of my favorite Spring Trends to buy & start wearing now! {Watch my segment here.} With every new season there are usually trends I love and some that I’m not totally on board with, but this season I’m loving each and every one! I can’t get enough of most these this spring!

Blush Pink:

Make Me Blush Top – My Kind of Lovely – $42

I’ve raved about my love for the color blush pink many times before (most recently here & here) but since rose quartz is the color of the year this year, now is the time to start buying and wearing! I’m in love with this babydoll top! It’s great to wear now with white denim while it’s still a little chilly out, but I also love it with cutoffs or even a distressed denim skirt!

Lace Up:

Free People – Ivory Lace Up Dress – My Kind of Lovely $128

This trend is everywhere right now! Lace up tops, dresses and bodysuits are everywhere and I kind of love it! The print of this dress kind of makes the lace up a little more subtle if you’re not 100% sold on the trend or how to wear it just yet. (I last wore it with this denim lace up top!)

Bell Sleeves:

Secret Hideaway Dress – My Kind of Lovely – $89 & Lacey Lady Dress – My Kind of Lovely – $89 (featured on mannequin on news segment)

The fun flowy sleeves may not be the most practical but they sure are fun! I love that they make a statement and as silly as it sounds they totally stand out in a photo. I just loved this photo of two of our MKL girls in the trend! Don’t you just love those statement making, pretty sleeves?

Off The Shoulder:

Show Me Your Mumu – Casita Mini Dress – My Kind of Lovely – $146

The off the shoulder trend isn’t one that’s super new to the scene but it’s definitely not going anywhere! There are dresses, tops and even jumpsuits (I have them all!) and still can’t get enough! I will say it’s not the easiest thing to wear when you’re moving your arms around a lot but the look is totally worth the hassle.

Tassels:

Judith March Dress – My Kind of Lovely – $98

Colorful tassels are another trend that’s everywhere this season! It’s such a fun addition to any spring or summer piece and I love that they totally make this dress. The bright tassels just pop on that cobalt blue and make it such a fun piece!
