Well friends I’m currently writing this from bed and day 4 of the flu. I’m not sure how I’ve never gotten the flu (or a flu shot) but from now on flu shots will definitely be a must for this girl. This thing is for the birds!
This all white look is what I wore for our #MKLTurnsTwo celebration and I’m in love with this white off the shoulder top! We just picked up Free People at My Kind of Lovely and debuted the line at our bday celebration so I thought it was a must for me to show a little Free People love! I love that it’s a structured fit and the off the shoulder actually fits pretty sung so it doesn’t ride up as easily as most other off the shoulder pieces. This time I decided to dress it up for the occasion with white skinnies, heels and a pop of pink in my tassel earrings but also think it will be super cute tied up with cutoffs and flats for a much more casual summer outfit.
Top: My Kind of Lovely | Jeans: Old Navy | Shoes: Similar from Steve Madden | Earrings: gifted Lisi Lerch | Clutch: similar from Vera Bradley | Bracelet: gifted Kendra Scott
Great, timely post now that we can “officially” wear white (I always resent having to wait – LOL!).
White on white is a a great look. I try to avoid looking like Jennifer Lopez (ha!), but I do like to accent with gold.
I hope you turn the corner soon with that flu. It got me this year, too, even after I had the shot. Get plenty of rest even after you’re back on your feet. This year it’s particularly bad.

Thank you so much! I definitely know what you mean on the even after you get back on your feet. I had to break for a nap today even though I’m feeling much better! It’s rough!
And yes, I totally know what you mean about the Jennifer Lopez thing! ha! But I do still love the look of white on white when done right! 🙂
xo!
