Weekday Getaway

As I mentioned yesterday, I’m headed south for vacation next week but that doesn’t mean I’m not indulging in a few weekday getaways every now and again. This week I’ve been busting it to get some extra blog posts queued up for next week (along with this week’s) while getting things at my 9-5 squared away for 5 days away from my desk. Most of the time during a stressful week I have to remind myself that it’s ok to take some time to relax, even for a little bit, so I’ve made a point to take a few “me minutes” each day for a mini getaway.

Getting my brows done, my spray tan on and even a few minutes by pool (that I never use) have been my getaways of choice this week.
