Unintentionally dressed myself for work yesterday in two of my Tuesday Twirls from yesterday’s post: classic black pants and mixed prints! This polka dot J.Crew top (yes, more polka dots) is one of my absolute favorite recent purchases. I will have to admit that after starting my blog I’ve realized that two of my favorite things to wear and shop for include pinks and prints. Combine both of those into one piece and it’s a must buy for this girl!
On another note, you’ll notice that lately my jewelry and handbags have been missing from a few outfit posts. That’s because I’m not allowed to wear either to work! I’ve found myself carrying just my trusty hobo wallet and usually throwing a small stash of jewelry in my camera bag to throw on as soon as I get out of work.

I found them on sale and didn’t get them that day and was seriously kicking myself because I knew they would be gone when I went back. Luckily they weren’t! So happy I got them! You might be able to check eBay or Poshmark! 🙂

I am so curious where you work that you can’t wear jewlery? Are you still in web or social media field? As an HR manager, I’m always curious about jobs and workplaces.
I recently changed jobs and do still work with our website but I work for Jewelry Television. Since we do everything in house we’re not allowed to wear any jewelry or bring in/take out a lot of things for security purposes.
I LOVE this sweater! I’m so happy pink has been everywhere this year. How do your gap loafers w/ dots fit…I am about to get those or the leopard version? Let me know!
