Slice of Sunshine

Welp, things have been just a little cray cray around here. I came down with the flu a little over a week ago and while recovering from the flu I got a major tooth ache only to find out I have to have my wisdom teeth removed asap. Awesome. All while smack dab in the middle of planning our My Kind of Lovely third birthday (our biggest event of the year!) and everything else that happens on a daily basis. So needless to say I’ve been feeling a little bit overwhelmed.

This weekend I stayed at my parents house and just tried to collect myself. I shot some blog photos with my mom, scheduled posts, got organized and got a major handle on my schedule so I’m feeling very confident to take on the week! Not sure if the organization will last forever or not but I’m feeling pretty good about it!

Now, on to what I’ve been wearing lately. I’ve been wearing this oversized spring sweater non-stop. Seriously! The weather is back to being a little more seasonally appropriate so this sweater is perfect for right now. It’s a great oversized, but not too oversized fit and I’m in love with it with this new concho choker from MKL! Another piece I’ve been wearing non-stop! Oh, and we can’t forget these booties. They’re basically the only shoe I’ve been wearing! Please tell me there are other people like that out there? I literally wear them everyday. I love them with everything so why not wear them with everything? It makes things so much easier! And, they’re still available, and only $50. {Snag them here} Seriously, you NEED them! I think they’ll still even be cute with cutoffs and a long cardi for spring!
