Hi! I’m Katie and this is my style blog. I’ll be posting outfit shots and other pretty things that I’m loving at the moment. My style is always evolving and I’m excited to start documenting all my outfits through the blog.
Pearls and Twirls is a special place where I can showcase what inspires me and find inspiration from others. Why Pearls and Twirls? So happy you asked! I chose the name Pearls and Twirls because what Southern girl doesn’t love a good set of pearls (along with sundresses and the perfect poof) and twirls because twirling has been a huge part of my life, and no I don’t mean twirling around in my sundresses (although that is fun too) but baton twirling. I’ve been twirling since the ripe age of 13 and haven’t put the baton down since. I was a majorette all though high school and at the University of Tennessee and currently am a coach for a twirling team at my hometown middle school.
I’ll be sharing mostly outfit and styling blog posts on here, but I will be sure to add in a few “twirls” along the way. Enjoy!
