Busy. Seems like we’re all always running from one place to the next, and I know when I have a busy day, I might not always reach for the best, most healthy choices. But thankfully there’s usually a Kroger close by to swing into for some healthy snacks to keep me going.

A few things I typically reach for when on the go are beef jerky, nuts (typically almonds and pistachios), banana chips, a few healthy bars and some Bai Bubbles for a refreshing drink!  Having healthy snacks to reach for are great when you’re on the go to prevent you from swinging through a drive through or even reaching for that donut in the office.

Bai Bubbles have been helping me not need a soft drink during that afternoon slump as it’s the perfect bubbly and energizing alternative! I’ve really been trying to kick my daily diet drink habit and Bai Bubbles have by far been my favorite bubbly drink I’ve found! Tips for Staying Healthy On The Go

Plan – When you at least have a plan (even if that plan is to run to Kroger for snacks) you’ll be much better off when lunchtime rolls around or you start to get a little hungry. Even the strongest of us can make poor decisions when we don’t have a plan and are starving!

Pack – I like to keep my cute little insulated cooler/lunch bag with me filled with some snacks and drinks. I’m not always in one place all day long which is harder but when I have a packed snack bag, it’s so much easier to stay satisfied and not grab junk.

Keep an Emergency Stash – I like to keep a little stash of bars in my car, some snacks at both stores and easily grabbable things at home to throw in my work bag when I leave. Seems like I’m always in a time pinch so this saves me time while also keeping me on track!
