I’ve had a few different easy winter soups on rotation this season and they’re not only yummy but they’re so easy! And I love that I always have leftovers for lunch the next day! I wanted to share a few of my favorites because the weather is only getting colder here this week and I know I’ll be making all of these until at least April.
Favorite Easy Winter Soups
Red Wine Chili – This one is a family recipe that I’ve already shared on here but it’s worth sharing again. The red wine gives it the best flavor! It’s hearty & delicious!
Instant Pot Creamy Potato Soup – I was excited to try out my instant pot and this was one of the first things I made in it in the fall! I realized how really great the instant pot was after this recipe – ha! This potato soup was super easy, quick and so yummy.
Instant Pot White Chicken Chili – I was in a bind one night and googled instant pot chicken chili recipes and this one looked the easiest and I had all the ingredients and guess what?! It’s SO GOOD! I’ve made it at least 3 times since I found the recipe a couple weeks ago!
Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup – I love a chicken tortilla soup because you can easily improvise with the ingredients based off what’s in the pantry. Toss them all in the crockpot, shred your chicken and you’ve got dinner! This one is from Riley at Yes, Please and it’s so easy and yummy!
Crockpot Taco Chili – I saw this one on my friend Sarah’s blog Kitchy Living and knew I had to try it! Big chili fan, big taco fan, this one was a must! It’s a great mix of chili and taco soup. I subbed out the ground turkey for ground beef and it was delish!
