Ok who’s shopping all the Black Friday deals this weekend?? I tend to get a little overwhelmed by the whole thing. Even though, yes I work in retail, ha! It’s just so much, so overwhelming and how do you know what to get and if it’s even worth going crazy over?! So, let’s chat. Here’s what I’m thinking about being strategic over my holiday shopping this weekend.
Ya’ll know I’m all about shopping local, especially during the holidays, but there are just some things you’ve gotta get at the mall! So for my weekend shopping I’m thinking a Black Friday mall trip, Small Business Saturday shopping local and anything else on Cyber Monday! I’ll share more on what I’m picking up throughout the week but for Black Friday mall shopping here’s what I’m thinking…
J.Crew: I tend to get the guys in my life some J.Crew button downs. They’re classic, they look great on guys, and it’s something they hate buying for themselves. Not to mention both my brother and Jared trust my style advice so they tend to like/wear everything I get them. So those are always a win!
Aerie: If there’s one big brand I LOVE supporting it’s Aerie. Promoting body image love in a world of skinny instagram models and make me skinny apps I freaking love Aerie. I’m thinking about picking up my mom and I some matching pj pants for Christmas! My mom’s birthday is a little later this month so that’s a fun thing to gift her before Christmas!
Vera Bradley: My mom’s been traveling a lot more lately and loves snagging my VB bags I’m not currently using. So I think I might try to grab her a fun travel bag or a crossbody bag.
The Art of Shaving: Jared loves trying out beard oil and new shaving products so this one is a no brainer! They have shave kits, nice razors and all kinds of products! This is definitely a fun gift to give any of the guys in your life.
