Shelby and I decided to extend our NYC trip through the weekend to spend a little time in the city. Neither of us really had any specific plans and told our host, Tracy, that our only requests were a little shopping and just tagging along with her and Jen’s usual weekend routines. Saturday we slept in and headed to SoHo for some coffee and lots of shopping!
I opted for comfy, casual and warm. My Sole Society boots were perfect for walking around all afternoon and my layered tops kept me warm in the cooler NYC temps.
We also stopped in the J.Crew in SoHo for the Lulu Frost pop up shop where you can DIY your own jewelry! She had vintage pieces she had collected from all over where you can create you own masterpieces with the one and only Lisa Salzer! I picked out my favorite vintage gems (one was the most beautiful pearl pendant with crystals around it) and the cutest three strand tassel chain and Lisa helped me put it all together in a stunning necklace! Definitely a piece that I will always remember and such a fun story from our trip to NYC.
Just a few of the vintage gems. I really love the idea of making a charm bracelet with these!
I love how Lisa stacked her code rings all on one finger!
