New Years Eve at Gatsby's - Pearls and Twirls

As I mentioned last week I spent New Years Eve hosting a Great Gatsby themed wedding shower for a friend. Definitely one of the most fun showers I’ve hosted to dress for! Everyone was in full 1920’s attire and I’m pretty sure I was planning my outfit since the day we decided on the theme. And of course, this sequin mermaid maxi skirt was just the piece I needed! A great excuse to add a sequin maxi to my closet and I can’t wait to dress it down later on with a sweater and then again with a leather jacket.

After a serious run around finding the skirt in my size I was so excited to add the finishing touches! My Lulu Frost necklace I made in New York was perfect for the occasion and I loved the way it paired with lots of pearls and this ASOS headpiece I snagged on Cyber Monday!
