Leopard & Denim at the W Hotel Atlanta

After our St. Pete trip Caroline & I packed back up to head to Atlanta for our last buying trip to market for the year. It was another jam packed whirlwind of a trip but this time we managed to squeeze in a little extra Atlanta fun which was nice. We decided to stay at the W Hotel in Buckhead for a little change of scenery. I’ve stayed at the W Hotel before (actually 3 times, once for Caroline’s bachelorette party and twice with the Southern Blog Society) and every time it’s perfect! They have the best restaurant downstairs, Cook Hall, the most amazing rooftop pool (so much fun in the summer!) and Whiskey Blue is a super cool rooftop bar. During our market trips Caroline & I usually end the day exhausted and overwhelmed and end up ordering room service and lounge in the hotel room but The W is so fun that we did our best to enjoy it! Dinner one night at Cook Hall, drinks at Whiskey Blue and we even grabbed some goodbye drinks at the lobby bar and enjoyed them on the outdoor patio while snapping some blog photos. The W is definitely the perfect little girl’s getaway hotel. It has everything you need in one place!

As for the outfit. One just simply can’t have enough leopard. I already have at least 2 other leopard sweaters (this one & this one) that I can’t part with (despite my poshmark addiction) and there was no question this new arrival at My Kind of Lovely had to be mine! I love the flowy shape and how it kind of fades out at the bottom. It gives it a little extra edge. Not to mention it’s super lightweight so it’s perfect for this time of the year and will be great for layering!
