Repeat Offender: Yellow Sole Society Sandals

As most of ya’ll who regularly read Pearls & Twirls have probably noticed, I have a thing for shoes. There’s not much I love more than a unique, fun pair of shoes. As evidenced in my last two posts (pink & pearls & red with an oversized bow). I love outfits that make a statement and shoes often can be that statement piece for me.  I also love that with shoes you’re free to wear over and over without judgement where people start to notice when you wear the same dress every week. (unfortunately ha!)

For this month’s Repeat Offender series I’ve teamed up with Sole Society to show you guys 4 different ways to wear a yellow sandal. I think most people shy away from a colored shoe just because they feel like their outfit options are decreased due to the color. (aka neutral shoes go with everything!) BUT I find colored shoes to be almost as easy to style as my neutrals and I can’t wait to show you guys the outfits I’ve come up with for this month’s series!

I’m styling up the Sole Society Shea sandal in Sunflower (it also comes in a gorg blush and a teal). It’s a fun low heeled sandal in the prettiest yellow, sunflower color! So fun for spring and summer and surprisingly easy to wear. For today’s outfit I’ve styled it with an overall neutral outfit and let the shoes pop. Most people would go straight for the neutral shoe with a denim and white outfit but a little color elevates the outfit into something with some personal style and attitude.
