Happy Halloween!

Excuse me, how is already Halloween aka the last day of October?! I didn’t carve a pumpkin, go to a corn maze or pumpkin patch and certainly have no idea what I’m wearing for my Halloween costume tomorrow night for Knoxville’s “Thriller on the River” event. Awesome.

Not that I’m complaining though, I did get to spend a few days at the beach with my family, I caught a shark (or 2) deep sea fishing, spent a fun weekend in Atlanta shopping and laughing so hard with 2 of my favorite people and I’m SO excited to kick off our first holiday season with My Kind of Lovely!

But anyway, back to the real issue here. Halloween. No clue what or who I’m going to be tomorrow night! I actually had planned to be Penny Lane and have had my eye out for her white fur trimmed suede jacket all month but here we are with no jacket and if I can’t do her right, I don’t think I can do her at all!

Which brings me to my next question. What can I do with things I have at home, in my closet? Lauren Conrad is pretty much the queen at DIY halloween costumes, I mean have you seen her mermaid costume? Amaze! So I looked through a few of her past ideas to get a little inspiration and these three seem pretty do-able given my last minute circumstances. Britney, Mary Poppins and Minnie. What do you guys think?! Who should I be?? (If for some reason none of these work out luckily I have this as backup!)

**After reading through your responses to my survey (THANK YOU so much for taking the time to fill it out! And if you didn’t please do so here!) I realized I’m not sharing near as much stuff as you guys would like to see! I’ve done a few non outfit posts here and there but it sounds like you guys want to see more! I’ve really been brainstorming how to incorporate different content and new posts to the blog and I’m really excited about trying out some new stuff, especially with the holidays coming up!

As always, thank you so much for reading! <3
