The Four Year Flares

Happy Wednesday! If you guys follow me on insta you might already have seen a sneak peek at the story I’m sharing here today. But it’s a good one! These jeans. Ya’ll these jeans I’ve had forever. They first debuted here (almost four years ago!) and I’ve worn them a number of times since then (you can see all the outfits here) but they’ve always been that pair of jeans that fit snug. Like the gain a little weight and they’re miserable kind of snug.  Well I’ve held onto them for a while and even replaced them with a similar dark wash flare, but these are just so good I couldn’t get rid of them! When we had our last My Kind of Lovely warehouse sale I ended up tossing them in with a $25 price tag on them and luckily no one found this gem of a jean! I was going through my yard sale stuff to list on poshmark (you can follow me and shop my closet here) and stumbled upon these. I thought, ok, this is the true test of the Faster Way to Fat Loss program. If these fit, It’s a dang miracle! And well, here we are!

I fit into my skinny flares again! Wahoo!

I know some of you don’t come here for weight loss but I’m always so intrigued when normal girls share their stories. So I wanted to share some wins with you guys and a little about the journey! In the event you’re here for the outfit and not my weight loss rambling, I actually wore this to a weeknight bridal shower and it was the perfect little outfit! Easy, comfortable and I felt dressy, but not too dressy. I have a tendency to overdress for those things so sometimes just a simple, nice outfit will do the trick!
