Let’s make my go-to fav breakfast, chia seed puddi Let’s make my go-to fav breakfast, chia seed pudding with @MayfieldDairy that I picked up at @foodcity! It’s so easy to make ahead for the week and take on- the- go or enjoy at home! It’s also so easy to get more protein in your diet using real milk. Here’s my fav way to make it: 1/2 cup of whole @MayfieldDairy milk 2 Tbsp chia seeds As much honey as desired Refrigerate overnight Add in granola, almond slivers, fruit (fresh or frozen) and a little more honey Mayfield Dairy comes from family farmers in the community, so you’re supporting our Southern farmers when you use their products. Mama loved the sunrises & fall colors and daddy loved the cattle ranches & sunrise at Apgar beach. I could do about 5 more of these photo dumps! 🤣 should have kept up with sharing everyday!
