Fall {Change} Is In The Air

“Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall.” – F.Scott Fitzgerald

I’m a little late to the game but I’m officially in the fall spirit and I love that the change in the season can also be the perfect time to hit the refresh button. When the seasons change you’re forced to change a little too. I’m the kind of person who needs a little push to make some changes sometimes so I’m excited to get into my fall routine. With shorter days and cooler temperatures I’m already shifting my mindset on some things. Here are few fall changes I’m implementing now for a happy and productive fall!

Get Into A New Routine

When you have those long summer days I tend to wake up later and put things off longer. But when the days get shorter I always feel like I have a little less time to get things done. I tend to get home a little earlier and it’s not as hard to wake up as early. I plan to really work on getting into a morning workout routine, getting home earlier and going to bed earlier this fall. Last week I shared that I’ve been struggling with the Faster Way To Fat Loss but now’s the perfect time to pick it back up! {Read more about the program here}

Make Time for Some Fall Fun

Since fall comes a little later to the south I always feel like if you’re not careful, you’ll miss it! When it doesn’t actually cool off until late October you basically just get one month of fall and then it’s Christmas! Eeek! A few weeks ago I shared I’ve been going through a busy season of life and I don’t want to let fall to pass me by. I want to be sure and carve pumpkins, head to a pumpkin patch and do all the fun fall things! After my post last week on How To Live Colorfully, I really do want to try my hardest to not let the days, weekends, months, seasons just pass me by. I want to live them, be present in them and do as many of those fun things as possible!

Try Out New Trends/Switch Up Your Style

I always love making the style switch to fall. I love my moto jackets, my sweaters and all the fall textures! This year I’m really excited to pull out my boots, wear allll the cute chunky knit sweaters and try out some new trends. I also love a good layered look so I’m real excited about wearing kimonos, jackets and cardigans all season long! I’m also real excited that pastels are a thing for fall and winter. I basically get the best of both worlds, my favorite pieces in my favorite colors! This little chunky knit blush pink cropped sweater is a weekly go-to right now!
