Today I’m linking up with a few other bloggers to bring you some holiday looks for less! The challenge was to style a holiday themed outfit and featuring one main piece that was under $75. I took the opportunity to style up a holiday outfit around this tulle skirt that actually falls way below the $75 mark – at $36 you could even get two! 😉
I paired the skirt with a sequin tank (that’s also really affordable) and toughened up the look a little with my trusty leather jacket. For me, something that’s over the top girly needs to be countered with something just a little tough so my leather jacket did that perfectly and let me keep everything else in the look pretty girly with sparkly bracelets and rose gold pumps.
The great thing about this holiday look is it totally works for Christmas and I love a look that’s a little unexpected (like this pink look) but it also is perfect for New Years Eve as well!
Old Navy top (similar, love the stripe) | Modcloth skirt (identical in maxi length, also available in mint) | ASOS jacket – on sale! | Vintage bag | Boutique 9 pumps (similar) | Forever 21 bracelet | Loren Hope cuff | Bauble Bar earrings | Kate Spade Phone Case
What a pretty look! I love tulle skirts.

Thanks so much, Tracy! I love them too but find they’re a little harder to style than the usual skirt! Can’t wait to remix this one!

I have one black tulle skirt but I have recently fallen in love with the cream version of it. I think your outfit is convincing me I need it too!

This is such a beautiful look! I love shades of peach and touches of sparkle–so feminine and pretty. You’ve inspired me to go shopping tonight. 🙂
