How To Give A Black Leather Jacket Your Own Style

Happy Friday! Last week I instagram polled and it seems as though you guys like my Repeat Offender series so I’m bringing it back, with a new name! It’s officially called the Style. Inspire. Repeat. series named after my Pearls & Twirls tagline. I’m going to try to keep it interesting and fun and am really excited to about my November series, so here we go!

Style. Inspire. Repeat. Black Faux Leather Jacket Look #1

This month I’m featuring a new piece, this black faux leather jacket. I literally wore the elbows out of my beloved real leather jacket from ASOS (and I of course have evidence how much I wore it) so I knew it was time to find another. In my opinion a good leather jacket is a closet staple. I know it is for me, and has proven to be over the years! Moto style jackets are my favorites and after my last one got so much wear I knew this one would too. My favorite thing about this one is its great quality and it’s under $100!

Now that you’re up to speed on how much I love this jacket, let’s chat the outfit. I wanted to start this month’s series with a main focus on the jacket but keep the outfit cool and easily wearable. I’ve shared this quite a few times here, but on a regular day I tend to reach for a tank and jeans and switch things up with jackets, shoes and accessories. I definitely love an all black look but the color lover in me has to have a little color somewhere. And the pink lover in me thinks blush pink is a neutral. So naturally let’s add some blush pink velvet booties to all black for good measure! The outfit is basic, yet cool while also totally me and my style!
