Beauty babes! I’ve been trying out so many new products and LOVING them lately that I’m going to try and start sharing at least a couple times a month what my current favorites are. Here are my current top 5 new things I’ve been using regularly and loving.
I tried on this Pistachio Brûlée hair and body mist in Urban Outfitters this summer while out shopping with Jared in Nashville. Not only did I love it, he loved it so much he took it straight to the counter and bought it for me! I’ve obviously been using it daily (you can see how much I’ve used in just a few months!) and am still in love with it! The best part is it’s super affordable too! Only $24 for the large bottle and only $18 for the smaller bottle. Such a great deal and it smells so yummy!
Since I’m nearing 30 and starting to see signs of aging on my face, I’ve noticed the key to more youthful looking skin is moisturizing. I literally layer on all the moisturizing things I can in a day! This e.l.f. Hydrating Bubble Mask is hydrating and is a fun mask to put on. It literally bubbles and you can feel the moisture sinking into your skin. A definite plus for me. You just wipe off after about ten minutes and add a little more moisturizer and you’re done. Super easy, not messy and leaves your skin feeling great!
It Cosmetics Bye Bye Makeup is literally magic in a jar! I can wipe this over a dry face, full of makeup (eyes and lips included) and it literally wipes off with a wet washcloth. Truly magic. It’s a melting, cleansing balm and it literally does just that. Melts your makeup off and cleanses your face with a few wipes of a washcloth. I’m obsessed with this when I’m exhausted and don’t feel like going through all my face wash steps at night. (Which let’s be real, is almost every night.)
This Pixi Hydrating Milky Mist is also a new moisturizing favorite. I use it as a second layer of moisturizer and I love it! I just mist it on after washing my face for an even fresher feel and a first layer of moisturizer before I put my thick moisturizer on.
Tip: when layering products you should always layer from lightest to heaviest. Lightweight products aren’t able to penetrate thicker products.
Another Pixi Product that I love is this 24K Eye Elixir. Giving the undereyes a little extra love is also very important! I love the rollerballs because they’re quick and easy, usually have a cooling effect that feels great on that sensitive skin and are even easier to travel with.
